Five years ago, we started Dashworks to solve a pain point that we'd faced too often - finding answers at work simply sucked. Today, we're proud to have built an industry-leading AI search assistant that hundreds of customers use daily to find information and get things done.
Each year, we’ve had one ambitious (and a bit of a crazy-sounding) internal company mission:
In 2023, our mission was to Be the company with the highest shipping velocity. On the back of advancements in LLMs, we rearchitected Dashworks into an intelligent system that answered questions, not just provided search results. We invented real-time retrieval and ranking tailored for LLMs, built our Slackbot that brought information to you in your workflow, and integrated with dozens of popular SaaS apps.
In 2024, our mission evolved to Become the most loved company by our customers. We poured our hearts into support, seamless onboarding, and lightning-fast feature turnarounds. The response blew us away - our customers showered us with love and recognition through dozens of badges from G2 and others. Behind the accolades were real numbers that humbled us: Dashworks doubled usage every quarter for 7 straight quarters, answering hundreds of thousands of questions monthly. Most valuably, we achieved 200%+ annualized NDR in an age where AI products struggle with churn - our customers stayed and expanded organically!
In 2025, having set the foundations with product velocity and strong customer retention, our mission became clear: Become one of the most recognized products. We knew we were ready to scale and bring Dashworks to orders of magnitude more customers. So when the HubSpot team approached us, we immediately recognized it as the ideal opportunity to help realize this vision.
